So I don’t want to blame the store owner but U-Haul definitely dropped the ball. First off when I reserved the truck they advised I may have to drive up to 25 miles to pick up a car transport. The day before pickup they advised that I’d have to drive 80 miles for it. A billion dollar company should be more equipped and the inconvenience cost me two days which I had to pay on my own to my apartment. We had no choice but to drive the 160 miles and get it but when we got there it took almost 2 hours for me to get dispatched due to a horrible signal and uhauls checkout system. Once we were dispatched I started driving home and 30 minutes later I get a call saying I have to return the equipment due to an e-alert so I then stopped and had to call U-Haul and that took another hour. Come to find out, an emergency contact was listed on my contract so that’s why I had to bring the truck back. Thankfully a rep named John assisted me to where I could stay on the side of the highway until they worked it out. Although I was compensated with a discount and a few extra days this entire experience was aggravating and frustrating and I’m disappointed in U-Haul.

Better communication between customer and UHaul.. The end result, however, was a great trip with zero problems with the trailer and great service at the drop off location. Thank you to all!!

Small area, difficult to get into even with a small trailer. Also we returned the trailer after hours so there were no personnel, hence the "No" answer on the survey.

Nice to have a U Haul in Saratoga now. No one was on site or answered phone but we were able to unhitch trailer ourselves and check in process worked well.

I was told when I brought a truck back for turn in to have the same amount in the tank as when I picked it up so I took a picture of the guage and did my hauling! When I turned it in I had the same amount of fuel on the guage as when I picked it up! But, I was charged $30 for a fuel service fee and $14.40 for 4 gallons for fuel!! I took a picture of the guage when I returned it and it was at 1/4 tank just like when I took it out. I was charged $44.40! What a ripoff!!!

This was not the drop off location specified in my contract. True Storage on junction Hyway, kerrville tx was the correct site. I give them my ratings
