Since this is a car maintenance place, the cleanliness standard is a bit different than the U-Haul store. But it was well organized and clean for what it is. I did have to wait for the service guy to finish with another customer, but again, this should be expected. Just sharing info. All was well.

After struggling for over 10 minutes, I ran next door to Sonic to find a *lucky* Sonic customer who would help us. Between the three of us, we finally figured it out. Perhaps train your customers on how to unhook? Or maybe we are clueless....

The tow dolly I rented had a few issues during use. The spring loaded pin that holds the ramp broke off during transport allowing the ramp to slide out and drag, until we noticed sparks from behind the vehicle. Also the traier lights stopped working half way through the transport. The business I picked up from was too busy to help load the dolly as well.

We thankfully made it to our destination safely. We then went to load the car we had just bought onto the trailer and the entire trailer went flying off our truck. We trusted that since it is policy for them to put the trailer on that it would be done properly. Instead we risked our safety and the safety of everyone that we drove near that day. I had my children in the truck with us. Imagine if that would have flew off while were driving especially if it had happened after we loaded the trailer. This is absolutely unacceptable.

This was the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had. First of all I was Miss charged once $62 roughly and another time for roughly $190. Then when you all finally figured out what went wrong the location charge me once again another $180. This has resulted in multiple overdraft fees from my bank and I am now stranded in a different state where I just moved with my family to start a new job.

Seat belts were messed up and non useable. Fix leaks. All of my stuff was soaking wet. Water puddles up on top of totes, boxes ripped because they were wet. Antiques and furniture water stained.

These thugs charged a 50.00 gas fee when the truck was returned with MORE gas than what was in it. I'm looking forward to letting my more than 3,000 friends on Facebook know what a criminal bunch this is. While I now live in Kentucky, I was Vice President of News at WVLT-TV, the Knoxville CBS affiliate for 11 years and have hundreds of friends in East Tennessee. This will be the most costly 50 dollars anyone ever ripped off from a customer of good repute. Reprehensible and totally unacceptable. I've a call into my Knoxville lawyer about taking them to small claims court.

There was an issue with the contract. Paul worked with me to get the issue corrected. This took quite some time as we had to call the uhaul number to explain the issue. I talked to Stephanie - who was extremely helpful. The issue was taken care of over the phone. Paul stayed late to get the transaction posted. I was very happy with the service and brought the guys a dozen of donuts the next day to show my appreciation. A great group of guys! Thanks for all of your help.
