Was originally suppose to pick up a car dolly in Cartersville Ga. Got there and they didn't have one. So Uhaul located one in Kingston Ga which was a short detour from my route. On initial inspection, everything looked good. 5 miles down the road, the right fender came off and was dragging behind the wheel. Was told to call Roadside Assistance by Uhaul. Called Roadside Assistance and was told that they would send a tech to fix the problem. Told them that they would need a new fender, so the lady checked with the maintenance people and they said it couldn't be repaired. The only thing that I had with me was packing tape so I taped the fender back on and hoped it wouldn't fly off and hit anything. Drove on 35 miles to my original destination. In the meantime, the lady at Roadside Assistance searched and found another car dolly in Buchanan Ga (11 more miles with a taped on fender) which was in good condition. The high point of the day was the nice lady at Roadside Assistance. She went above and beyond to help remedy the situation.

Jordan WTruck needed an alignment bad it was pulling to left and steering was loose. I did inform location it was dropped at and also informed U-Haul via phone. I have used U-Haul many times over the years and will continue to do so. Overall great experience
Karen WSo I returned the truck, app was not working. I was advised to call a guy by the name of Mike, so I did. He didn’t answer after several call so I left a voicemail. Well I get my invoice; and was charged an additional 3 days and gas, that was not accurate. After spending time on the phone with Uhaul customer service they were able to get in contact with Mike the owner of Kingston Grocery, in which he admitted fault for the additional fees incurred. But stated he refuses to refund my money! This is horrible and I will be reporting this location to whomever I need to get this rectified. This is considered fraud!

David SIn the back of the uhaul where I was putting my stuff was really dirty. The uhaul I had had the check engine light on. The alignment on it was wayyy off. Also there was a lot of play within the steering wheel.

DAVID GI did everything online that took forever and the store was extremely helpful and polite but wanted me to redo everything. The pads had bugs in them and I couldn’t use. Who knows if any transferred to my stuff. I had a 1/4 tank replaced that and was going to be charged over $53 for gas. The dolly was awful!

David JI have as first told I could get my rental from Adairsville by a fellow, then a woman called me stated there was a 15 or larger truck in Calhoun I’d have to get my rental from Calhoun then I got a text saying I’d have to get it from Kingston with NO call or confirmation but a text. This was a mess for me and way out of my way I had to pay way MORE in miles and gas. I tried to clean the front windows they were dirty but there was no washer fluid. The woman at the store tried to all she could but the system wouldn’t take phone numbers and I had filled out the pre application for the vehicle to be done when I got there this took me over half an hour with the STSTEM not allowing certain information which I find unexceptional!!!! Sorry I feel with all the crap I went through not getting the vehicle where I was told I’d get it in Adairsville and paying more for mileage and gas that wasn’t Right. He did say another person would call to confirm but if your told one thing and end up mikes away it’s wrong.

Don DThe trailer , once connected rides very poorly. It is loose, even when completely tightened to the hitch. Shaky and loud.
SARAH SMake sure the truck was checked in so the next person doesn’t have have to wait an excessive amount of time to get a truck that they reserved on the pickup time stated as well. The young lady had to work extremely hard trying to figure out why the computer would not let me get the truck. I thought she was trying to help me best she could. Especially with all the customers trying to get waited on.
