MONTE SThis location was great and the guy working here was very helpful. No issues with the truck. However it was very frustrating that UHaul changed the location of the reservation the day before to a much dither location, and changed it from a 24/7 pickup to in person making me have to wait until store opening to pick up the truck. Terrible booking experience!

MARK IThe attendant was rude and did not inform me he was holding the key and that it was not in one of the lockboxes which wasted a lot of time combined with the app pick up process. I also did not receive the blankets I paid for with the rental.
David WThe online checkout was a pain. It kept demanding a different phone number, which was very confusing. Shouldn't have wasted my time on online account, as employee inside was quick and helpful.
Jacob SAs stated above, there is simply no customer service anymore regarding truck rentals. The person at this location was friendly enough. The reason I stated he wasn’t helpful is that helpful would insinuate he did anything more than just tell us to back up. Once again I’m not complaining about this specific location or the man we gave the keys to. The entire system has changed and not for the better. I’m sure all of these people at the three different locations we encountered were just doing their job. The most helpful person I dealt with was the person on the phone and figured out that we now have two different contracts, which is why no one could figure out where my transporter was. I am sorry now that I did not do the phone survey to give her the thumbs up. I’m just very disappointed in a company that I’ve used several times before, and always liked in the past.

Great customer service, app is easy to use, staff is very accomodating if I have any last minute changes, especially during bad weather since I live in the high range of the Rockies, pickup and return are extremely easy, making reservations is extremely easy. Great job guys!

KENNETH PI’m about to be 48 years old and this was The Best experience I’ve ever had picking up Any rental, let alone the dreaded U-Haul rental! The gentleman who helped me upon both pickup and drop off was more than full of customer service and support! I will definitely be sending all my business (over 15k employees) and friends and family to this location!
ALICIA SEasy pick up at the Sinclair gas station. The attendant was very polite and helpful. They have a lock box to drop off keys after 7 pm. Also it is very convenient to fuel up the U-Haul truck if needed. We didn’t have to since we only used it for 6 miles. No hidden fees!!!

Roxanne RNo customer service, just "use the app and box outside." It's not a great area or well lit. The vehicles park against a massive ditch so it's impossible to get pictures of half the equipment

CAMERON SPlease please don’t loan out the dolleys if someone else already put that they’d be renting it out that day. I really did 2 of them for my move, but upon arrival I was told that the owner had multiple people moving that day and only had one available. Please be more organized with this issue :) thank you
TRISTAN IThey authorized my full balance of my credit card. And then charge me $22 more than I should’ve been. They maxed out my credit card. I would never go back there again. And if they don’t contact me, I’m gonna turn them in for fraud because they can’t authorize the full balance of a Credit card or something besides gas. I would love it to someone contact me by the day. If not, I will have to take further legal action.

Brandi SWhen I got to where I was picking up the car the RF trailer wheel, tire and brake drum were missing. When I picked it up I backed up and the attendant hooked everything up. Obviously they hadn’t checked the trailer over before I picked it up. They didn’t have another trailer so they had me tow it down to their main lot which is in a horrible location under the highways where I70 and I25 meet. Ordeal cost me 2 hours and I received no discount like the guy at the store where I picked it up promised. Bad experience and poor value.
MONTE GOwner of the store was very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend using this location.

Thomas VI reserved a 20 foot truck and the reservation at the location showed up as a 10 foot truck. My confirmation showed a 20 foot truck and I showed the location manager, but they only had a 15 foot truck. I do not blame the location, but I do blame the online reservation service. I tried to call and was directed to the online reserving. Once my reservation was made the confirmation email came back with a different location than I requested.
