The staff would not help us remove the tow dolly.

The man was very nice and took time to explain and make sure I understand the contract when I didn't check the price costs. He gave me thumbs up when he checked to See if the truck was clean or dirty as I am deaf and used paper and pen to cimmunicate. He is Asian and very cordial, very polite and cheerful. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

the truck wasn't the cleanest, so I took pictures of the cab, along with the mileage and the gas gauge. Staff was friendly and apologized for the mud, he hadn't been the one to check the truck back in.

The online reservation system didn't allow me to a do a one way in Denver for two days. The reservation got badly messed up. Fortunately, all went well in spite of that.

This was the second location I visited, as the first pickup location I was told to go to did not have the truck I was promised on my contract. It is a gas station. There was one employee working, and he had to deal with U-Haul customers, as well as people paying for gas and/or buying items from the store. He was not able to manage this very well at all. Consequently, picking up the vehicle I rented took much longer than necessary. The truck I rented worked great, and was clean. But the experience of taking possession was not a good one.

Nothing, everything went perfect.

The truck had several dings, dents, and scratches. Furthermore, the drivers side mirror was partially broken, and neither mirror was adjustable. Additionally, the windshield wipers were streaky. Overall, this truck should have been better maintained before being rented. Also, the truck only came with half a tank of gas. I picked it up from a gas station. It should have been filled before I picked it up. The guy who rented me the truck was very friendly and helpful.

Uhaul rentals are not their priority. Their priority is selling pipes and lotto tickets.

I don't understand what the point of completing the online reservation was. All he had was my name and the truck I wanted. I had to tell him that I choose the insurance and I also reserve a furniture dolly that he didn't even have for me to rent.

Had to run truck for 30 minutes because windows were iced. Truck not 100%ready. Gas gauge was 1/8 lower than paper said. Attendant was very friendly.

Was upset the employee would not honor the price for the size of the vehicle I requested. The website stated it was available, but he did not have a key, so I had to pay for a larger rental.

The back of the truck had oil in the bed and I had to clean it up with paper towels. Before putting my stuff in the truck I had to sweep it because of how filthy it was.

U-Haul circulates a 10-ft truck with images of several snakes on both sides. I personally have an extreme fear of snakes and couldn't look at the truck with getting a panic attack (this made it difficult for me to get in and out of the truck). I've seen this type of truck several times before as I've driven around, and it always freaks me out. Fear of snakes is common, and I wonder why anyone would ever suggest or produce that as a the image for some of your trucks. What's the difference between that and putting images of large spiders on your trucks? This will likely make me think twice before using U-Haul again in the future.
