The U-Haul had less than 1/8 tank of fuel with the gas light on when picking it up, and I returned it with the same amount. When I looked at my charges, it said the U-Haul had 1/4 a tank of gas and charged me for the difference, so I ended up paying double what I should have for fuel. Since I wasn't instructed to take any pictures before driving off, I had no evidence to dispute this. The location didn't require me to take any pre- or post-trip pictures. The 15' truck seemed to get less than 10 mpg and struggled to get up hills while loaded.
