My merchant account was compromised and bank account was locked I was literally around the corner and had the retailers permission to get caught up on bill by weekend due to my account being locked then come back from bank after talking to them and trying to get it unlocked to find my lock had been cut and the U-Haul gone thought someone stole it reported it to retailer he was even unaware David and Stacy did this. My friend Called and was immediately berated and called names by David, when Stacy called and spoke to my friend her attitude was no better. These people should not be representing any company.Ross D.

Rear tire had to be changed due to a chunk missing out of the sidewall. Front driver side tire was bald. All 4 tires were 15-20 lbs under inflated. Low oil light was on. Clearly the truck with 31k miles had never been serviced, and operating it was unsafe.Clark W.

I would definitely like to talk to someone in customer service, because I was also given the wrong dolly to start. We also had to push the refit the rubber around the passenger door because it was not set and letting lots of air in.Jordan G.
clean truck, there were empty cans in front driving area. Verify truck has a full tank of gas. Mine was only 3/4 full and I ended up paying for too much gas ($40 for a 30 mile use). Inform renter to take pictures up front. There was no damage but I didn't see the email regarding checking for damage until after I returned the vehicle.Joan K.
I have had the worst experience with Uhaul. We had to fill up the tank just to leave the lot and were overcharged. When I tried to email someone about this, they apologized and gave us a $28 refund. Im super disappointed and will never use Uhaul again in fear that I will be overcharged again with no help.Haley G.

The service at the location was quick and pleasant. This is a gas station, not an actual Uhaul center. A 22 hour drive would have been better if the cab were clean. My suggestion would be to insist on cleanliness, that is a Uhaul standard.curt L.

U-Haul did permit me to dropoff at my location of choice at the end of move day which I greatly appreciate. The online self-return web page for after hours drop off doesn't seem to support a self checkin process, so I called U-Haul and waited on hold for 40 min to give them mileage, fuel, and dropoff off location. Seems like there is plenty of room for app/web page improvements around self return. Overall, the experience the day of the move was an excellent one; truck was fairly new and clean as well as easy to drive. I would choose U-Haul again for my next move.Michael B.

The back of the doors would not seal and after devoid from CO to SD in a snow storm the rear of the uhaul was filled with snow. My belongings where covered in snow and some wood items are ruined.Stephen D.

I was given a vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas with a check out record that stated it was 3/4 full. It cost me 75 dollars to get it to 3/4 full, so I essentially paid an extra $75 fire my rental.MARK G.

I was over charged I moved from 45th and Kipling to 51st and Kipling and the drop off is at Sinclair on 49th and Kipling all within one mile we did 2 trips back & forth and they are charging me 3045 when we left n 3097 when we dropped it off the man was busy so we never checked what it was we figured we didn't drive far at all and got charged for 57 miles ?? No way in he'll did we drive that far no one will respond and I'm passed I could payed someone all that money to help me n uhaul was cheaper but I got ripped offSEAN M.

After I got a huge runaround and a wrong address from the W Jewell UHaul Store, the kindest man in the world at 4901 Kipling had me moving with a fixed light in about 10 minutes. Moving is stressful enough to have a reservation, confirmed once we were there..... go wrong. The Jewell office is sadly underemployed. The person there tried to be helpful.Carolyn L.
We had scheduled pick-up at 1pm. We called at noon and were told it would not be ready until 2pm. We did not get a truck until 3:30 and it was a 20' rather than 26'. We paid for 2 days. On Sat evening we got a check engine light and I could not get anyone to answer at the location (I tried until 8:30am). We dropped the truck back off and reported the check engine light but the man there seemed confused that we were "checking in" the truck. I did not clarify as I was tired of the entire experience.Brian B.

I will do everything in my power to avoid using Uhaul again. Provide the equipment that is original reserved, when it is reserved. When that can't be honored do not continually change the reservation details while lying to the guest about the details. Then on the day of no key is present when the truck should be picked up and a measly $50 is reduced from the bill, which simply got the guest back to the originally agreed upon price.matthew H.
