The only problem I had was that I was called the day before to inform me that the moving truck I was going to use had maintenance issues. So, I had to pick up the truck at a different location, which was 30 minutes away. This significantly changed my plans and caused my departure to be later than expected. Because of that, I was unable to return the truck on time. The day prior, I tried calling the drop-off location twice. The first time, I was put on hold for so long that, due to traveling, I lost signal on my phone and the call was dropped. The second time I called, I spoke with someone for a few seconds, but I’m not sure if they hung up on me; the call just ended, unlike the first time, when it was clear the call was dropped. I called early the following morning to notify them that I would be late. The lady who answered the phone was not happy that I was going to be late. She told me that the person who was supposed to pick up the truck I had was in front of her, waiting for it. I highly doubt that was true, since the truck wasn’t expected to arrive until 10:30 am, or perhaps the person was there three and a half hours early to pick it up. She also suggested that I could use a storage unit to store my household belongings, not considering that the problem still existed and that I wouldn’t be able to unload a 26-foot truck by myself in three hours. When I asked her to please let me know what the extra fees would be, she quickly told me to call back later to find out the charges. I didn't care what the fees might be; I was willing to pay, but she was unwilling to give me that information. Instead of demonstrating understanding, she was upset that I couldn't bring the truck back. I at least expected her to understand that issues happen and that sometimes plans change, just like when I was understanding when Uhaul asked me to pick up a truck 30 minutes away. Not giving attitude and acknowledging that things change. Regardless, my U-Haul experience wasn’t too bad; it’s just that one person made it unpleasant. This is the first time I’ve used something other than Penske for my military moves, and now I plan to go back to Penske for my next move.

Unhappy with my experience with this location and customer service assistance. Was lied to about receiving some assistance on my transaction from this location and Rojas & Joe Battle . Seems to me that the transaction was more important than customer satisfaction. Received toy hauler without trailer wiring adapter ( not safe for traveling ) was recommended to go to Walmart and buy it myself as if I didn’t already drop a good amount on the rental already . Called Uhal referred to 3 different numbers and nobody was able to assist me, noted a manager would call me on Monday didn’t get a call .

Russel WThey tried to over charge me. One of the employees came to my house unannounced. When I dropped off the truck they tried to over charge me for gas. The employee called and text my phone numerous times harassing me for gas money and lied when I returned the truck. I took a picture of the gas before I left the lot and the gas was half full. He said he took a picture before I took the truck and it was fulI. will be calling corporate to submit a formal complaint. Do not go to this location. They are trying to hustle people out of there money, and they will show up at your house unannounced. Very unprofessional! I’ve never had to deal with this before with any other location.

Fidel VThey charged me twice for the insurance and added miles that I did not use. The business claimed it was a furniture store, but it was nothing like that. They should investigate that place. They stole from me — a rental of approximately $50 turned into $120 just like that, with no explanation. He is a thief. Be careful.
