Final pickup location (#3) was fine but did not have the 15' truck I reserved nearly a month prior to be picked up at location #1. I received an email day prior to move date changing my location to pick up 15' truck to location #2. Location #2 did not have a 15' foot truck. They did not have a 10' truck that we thought could make work. After much phone scrambling we were able to obtain a 10 foot truck at location #3. The overall experience was profoundly disappointing . This does not appear to be the fault of the pick up locations but rather the dispatch system that seeming chose to ignore a commitment to a long standing reservation necessitation much last minute scrambling for a suboptimal solution. Again, very disappointing. The unstable higher speed road manners of the truck was also quite challenging.

Robert SThe location where we scheduled was closed the day we were picking up (we were told that when we scheduled), and the online check in process was straightforward. Parking spaces are limited and small, so make sure you are able to back up the truck in a small space. Check out was also simple, though the supposed owner of the vehicle took the keys from us instead of allowing us to return the keys to the lockbox we were told to put them in.
