I had an unprofessional customer service experience during my U-Haul drop-off. The second representative at the front desk was rude, and the card machine was not functioning properly. I had a few questions regarding the total charge, as it was significantly higher than what I was originally quoted when I rented the U-haul. At the time, I was exhausted from moving and everything else going on, so I chose to leave and address the issue later. However, I do believe I was overcharged, and I plan to return to the location to speak with a manager and have this matter reviewed.

ERICA DI reserved a truck online with a traditional dolly and furniture dolly. All equipment was confirmed online as available. I made my plans to move a small apartment. I arrived on time to pick up the truck and dolly's to find out that only the truck was available....none of the 2 dolly's were available. How is someone supposed to move furniture without dolly's???? The staff at this location was very rude and not supportive at all. I ended up renting the truck and picking up dolly rentals at the local Home Depot. What a terrible experience. And lastly, the truck had 175k miles, had a very risky steering issue and could barely accelerate.....your company name should U-Junk.
