The U-Haul cab had so much sand on the floor when we picked it up. Also there was a water bottle and papers from the previous renter left so I don’t think it was cleaned or looked at before I rented it.

Coordinate pickups transferring from other locations. We were referred to kolar by the closest location and that delayed our move out by another day. Kolar is preferred over the uhaul distributor because they go the extra mile for customer service and support.

Did not appreciate that we were informed 24 hours before pickup that we would have a much larger vehicle than what was booked. We were told in person that 15’ trucks were for local use only and I booked it for a cross country trip a month in advance. Customers probably need to be informed that smaller vehicles are local use only so they have an option to go elsewhere first. Finding that out the morning before was NOT ideal whatsoever. I would never recommend anyone use this service when there are other options that communicate these things better.

I didn’t like the facts that they took a pic of my ID with their personal phone for U-Haul. I’ll probably rent from the local rental place from now on.

Great location and ease of both pickup and the return was great. At the Bozeman Mt location the GENTLEMAN that helped us offered to hookup the trailer so all I had to do was the walk-around after he had done all the dirty work, (it was raining also). At the Surprise, Az location it was just as easy. Thanks U-Haul.
