I didn’t like the facts that they took a pic of my ID with their personal phone for U-Haul. I’ll probably rent from the local rental place from now on.

Cindy BGreat location and ease of both pickup and the return was great. At the Bozeman Mt location the GENTLEMAN that helped us offered to hookup the trailer so all I had to do was the walk-around after he had done all the dirty work, (it was raining also). At the Surprise, Az location it was just as easy. Thanks U-Haul.
