The pickup site was at an RV campground, and the office was not clearly marked. The office person was not on-site, but could be reached by phone. She was pleasant, however. The truck had some minor damage on all four sides, that were not marked or noted, but I noted them and filed a dispute photo on each occurrence at checkout. The truck functioned well, except you had to slam the driver's door to get it to close and seal. Overall, it was average.Michael M.

Kuper Properties are unethical. My home is 13 miles from Kuper Properties. I drove 14 miles to my home due to a stop at my storage unit on Bowie Drive in Weatherford. Then 13 miles back to Kuper properties 5 hours later. Total miles on my Life360 was 27 miles. Kuper charged me for 92 miles. I called and spoke to Melissa about the mistake and she contacted her manager. They sent the bogus charge through and never reached out to me. AVOID THIS PLACE!Martin R Nelson M.

Good signage to lot but the drop box was away from lot, no personnel available. Had a small sign to call a number for help, call and they were helpful but then had to call and leave several times to get a return invoice for a rental trailer. Would've been much easier if someone was there for checking in equipment rentals instead of dropping off at 10am with no around.Aaron S.

This location doesn't really â€œtendâ€ to your service for uhaulâ€¦mostly a drop box situation. Because there is no interaction, I was mistakenly charged for fuel I have the picture of pickup fuel level and drop off fuel level. This business never stops trying to milk you - even with their poor equipment quality (uhaul, not the drop off). Practically a monopolized business charging exorbitant rates.Alexander P.

The lot was very clean and the people were very very nice! This was the best experience I've ever had with u- haul. I would like to say thank you to the woman that helped me at this Texas location. It restored my faith in the u- haul corporation.joe S.
This was the worst experience ever. When we got the truck there was a gash in the tire , damaged and the oil light was on. Waited for roadside assistance for 2 hours. The gas hand did not work. Then I called to extend the rental spoke to Linda at the padre office, got a call the next day saying the truck was due back and was charged for the extra days after Linda waived them because you guys changed our pick up location and we had to drive over an hour to pick up the truck then wait 30 minutes for the dealer to arrive after our pickup time! The windshield wipers were so bad that when it started raining we had to pull over because it was impossible to see out the windshield! What a rip off! And how dare your company even allow a truck that is so old and damaged be on the road! Totally unsafe and bad business practices. I wouldn't recommend uhaul to my worst enemy! And you owe me the extension day fee back!Bacus W.

The drop off location was a field in an RV park. There were no staff members present. I dropped my trailer on a Friday, as required by the contract. No one there checked in my equipment until the following Monday, so I started receiving overdue notices from U-Haul on Saturday.Wesley C.

scheduled a reservation at another location that didn't have the trailer I needed. Arrived at the location and they were closed prior to scheduled closing time. Called the number and the representative stated they left town a few hours prior but I could call the 1800 number to pay for the trailer then I could hook up and leave. I was unable to get anyone on the 1800 number, I called the representative back for the property and she pulled over so that she could check me out remotely. This took approximately 30 additional minutes. I was able to get the trailer hooked up, and leave. Once I arrived at my destination I noticed that 2 of the tires were low and a portion of the lights on the back of the trailer were missing.BRANDON T.

I dropped off the trailer in the dark. There was no lighting whatsoever and the signs to the drop off location were very hard to see. I was not clear as to where to actually put the trailer once I went through the RV park. I placed it where the other trailers were. There needs to be bigger signage as to where the Uhaul part is in the RV park and some type of lighting out in the field. I am so glad I was not dropping the trailer off alone.AMIE M.

For some reason it was hard for me to find this particular rental location when searching on the web. When I did find it with U-haul website, the direction link wouldn't give me automated or live directions, just a list of turns to take. Just as an FYI I had to drive ten miles further to pick up the truck than originally scheduled. When I arrived no one was around and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to finally arrive and then the truck had less than a quarter of a tank of gas in it so I had to spend $75 to fill it up. Other than that the experience was okay and equipment was satisfactory.Sonny W.

This place was not marked well and very hard to find . I passed it the first time even with GPS . By the time I found it I had wasted a hour looking for it and spent over my mileage limit. I was then charged for the extra miles on the truck. They need a sign showing where the turn in is . The address is on a service road but the place is hidden behind a RV park . The drop box is very inconvenient for an older person to get to. I had to climb a rock ledge ! Would've found another drop place if I had known the difficulty I had with this one !Carol M.
