They did not have the selection of trailers I would have liked, but they did have the exact one that I needed. Handled everything online and by phone. Did not need to go to the office. A quick phone call when I got there had all my questions answered.
Steven CramerSupposedly open from 8:00 until noon. Arrived around 8:30. No one there. Called two numbers and got recordings that they would get back with me. It's now 22 hours after and I still haven't heard back. Glad I didn't wait. Called U-Haul and they waived the twenty dollar convenience fee for remote drop off.
James perkinsThe drop off is in the middle of an RV park. Kind of confusing. No one to hand the trailer off to, so a little unsure no one was going to take off with it.

Jessica GoodwinI would not recommend this location at all. It was posted that they were open 8-12 Saturday. I turned the truck in on Saturday at 1130 and they were gone. Did not return my call or a knock on the door. I returned on Sunday and again the sign posted 8-12 open. They did not return my knock or my phone calls . On Monday I called them and again no return calls to me were done. Finally received an email from this location on Tuesday 10/17/23. If they plan not to be open those days from hours listed to be open. Poor customer service!

This was very costly for me both in mileage and time. Because even though I made my reservations several weeks in advance- I wasn't informed of this until the day before my scheduled pick up.

Nick BarbianThere is no one to return the truck too. I slowed up before “closing” time but there was no building just a lock box to drop keys off. I attempted to use the after hours return app it didn’t work on my phone. I had to send the information to my husband to try the app on his phone. Thankfully it worked, because the extra $20 to have your company return it the next day is just another money grab. I was very disappointed at pick up and delivery. I’m not sure I will use this company again as I have for every move in the past.

Paul DavisThe pickup site was at an RV campground, and the office was not clearly marked. The office person was not on-site, but could be reached by phone. She was pleasant, however. The truck had some minor damage on all four sides, that were not marked or noted, but I noted them and filed a dispute photo on each occurrence at checkout. The truck functioned well, except you had to slam the driver's door to get it to close and seal. Overall, it was average.

stanley StevensonKuper Properties are unethical. My home is 13 miles from Kuper Properties. I drove 14 miles to my home due to a stop at my storage unit on Bowie Drive in Weatherford. Then 13 miles back to Kuper properties 5 hours later. Total miles on my Life360 was 27 miles. Kuper charged me for 92 miles. I called and spoke to Melissa about the mistake and she contacted her manager. They sent the bogus charge through and never reached out to me. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Had a small sign to call a number for help, call and they were helpful but then had to call and leave several times to get a return invoice for a rental trailer. Would’ve been much easier if someone was there for checking in equipment rentals instead of dropping off at 10am with no around.
