This facility is in a convenience store, sort of off the beaten path. The person who helped me was friendly and competent and the truck I rented was in good condition. Just felt a little uncomfortable in the area....several people loitering around the store and there was trash strewn around the parking lot.

The AC was not working and she knew it. The previous renter left a little garbage in the back of the truck which WE swept it.

Lushell MosleyUse correct mileage. I was charged $28 dollars for going over the mileage allotment and my destination was only 44 miles away so this was not possible. I didn't think to check the mileage because I falsely assumed that Uhual would have done that correctly. I also had to drive far to get the vehicle which cut into the mileage and my time. I find it very hard to believe there was no 10 foot trucks closer to 32825. I had to drive to Altamonte Springs from East Orlando.

The guy asked how early, I told him in the morning and he said yes fine the truck will be ready for you. I went to the gas station at 9am on the 19th and the lady said that my truck was not ready . She got mad and said that “they always do the same thing”. I wasted half of my morning because some idiots don’t know what they are doing or just don’t care.

ASHLEY MALEBRANCHEWhen we picked up the moving van there was wood and other trash in the back. The van only had 1/4 tank of gas and with the hurricane, we had to drive all over town to find a gas station open. The gentleman said he would credit us off the mileage, that did not happen. and we left it with 1/2 a tank of gas. Very disappointed with U-Haul now.

The young woman that helped me was fantastic. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she’s from the UK. That may be why she was fantastic.

Martineau IveyThe problem is that this was not to be my pickup location . I called your Altamonte rental store location Saturday morning but was put through to corporate. The lady I spoke to wsd nice and helpful an rented me a truck from the Altamonte store; however, about 45 minutes before my scheduled pick up time, Angie called from my pickup location to advise me that they had no trucks available in the size I reserved. Also, she didn’t have anything smaller than. 20’ truck, which was way larger than what I needed. When I asked if she knew the phone numbers of any nearby rental locations she offered to check availability at some nearby locations and call me back. She called within five minutes to say she’d found one close by and that they were holding it for me. Angie, the employee at your Altamonte rental store, saved the day! Your reservation system leaned s lot to be desired though - just like the Seinfeld episode about Jerry’s car reservation that ended up with no reserved car. I may hesitate to rent from U-Hsul again because of this reservation that wasn’t.

And file was filled up to gallo a I still was charged 9$. Over all I was charged over 50$ extra for the products I didn’t chose. Also I am regular customer

It was my fault because I did not see the text of when the vehicle was due back, but I did tell him I needed it for the day and would return it the next day, but the text had me back by 6:30 that evening. I was charged two days. I picked up at noon and had it back by 9 or 9:30 the next day, was charged two days and still don't have a receipt for my records.
