Inexperienced employee in a hick town country store. Had call some other location to get help to use the lap top to generate my contract. Never stepped out of the store to assist with the trailer ie. Inspection or set up of trailer to be towed. Had specifically asked for 12 moving pads while making my reservation but this location did have any. Over all this location to me is a bad image for our company. I spent over a hour in the location on this rental.

Was a convenient store and took awhile to turn in truck due to convenient store customers took priority the lady waiting on me was great she just had to many things to do
