DANIEL CLINGERI filled the vehicle less than 1/4 mile from the store, which returned it with more fuel than when I left, and they still charged me a fuel charge.

Steve CregerSome of us despise the smell of smoke and apparently the last customer smoke like a chimney and ashed all over the cab. It was disgusting, and the cab was a mess. It would've helped to make sure there was enough turn over time to at least wipe int down before handing it over to the next guest. We brought it back in much before shape than it was given to us. It was a miserable ride, hoping you guys improve on this for the next round of customers.
SHAWN HOWELLEven though reservations were made in advance, not all equipment was provided. The truck box was so nasty we had to line it with whatever we could to protect our furnishings. The cab, windshield, and mirrors were so dirty I couldn't see. The inside cab was dirty. The seat was so collapsed I could barely see over the steering wheel to drive. Drop off was so far away it cost me an extra unnecessary 35 miles on top of the 12 miles to get from puck up point to my house. This was a total rip off by Uhaul. I'll never use them again for moving.
Joe VernonStaff was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they didn’t have a floor dolly that we paid to rent so I had to drive across town to get one. They were still very helpful about making sure the place I was heading to had one though!
Amanda LozanoIt seems odd to be dropped off at a car repair shop. All of the trucks are parked on a side street. Employees at Kwik Kar are too busy with cars to attend the uhauls. Seems like they need their own dedicated Uhaul staff
Samuel Jenningsmissed a viewing because there was a hole in the gas tank and waited 4 hrs for rsa to come fix it and had to drive late night in foggy and rainy weather a 5hr drive turned into 10 hrs
Tevin LuongIt was more Uhauls problem than the pick-up spot. I had reserved the truck and bought mid-tier insurance coverage. When the Kwik Kar employee ran the transaction Uhauls had charged me for the top level insurance, another $125. It took another 20 minutes for the employee to fix the problem (via a Uhaul technician on the phone) and even then I was left with a transaction that was different than ordered originally.

Paul PriceI dropped off the truck two days early at 4 PM on a Saturday afternoon. For some reason, this location had already closed. I put the key in the orange metal dropbox. Three days later after I was already back home I got a call from a U-Haul representative asking if I still needed to use the truck and when I was planning on returning it. I told them I had already returned it three days earlier. After some investigating, the U-Haul representative discovered that the Kwik Kar location on University had just entered it into their system. Not a very professional way to do business. i’ve rented from you all on three or four different occasions both locally and one way out of town. There’s always some issue or problem. I keep wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, but heavens very disappointed. I think I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Jill FortneyThe vehicle was filthy on the inside. Chunks of food, stains and trash all over. It said it needed an oil change and one of the tires were low. The van has not been kept up.
Deric HazleThe wheel alignment in this truck was way off. Had to hold the steering wheel turned almost a full left hand turn just to drive straight. The truck can would shake horribly around the 40mph speed. Also, you have to parallel park a 26ft truck to return it to its spot at this location. Not everyone can do that with a truck this size. Would have been nice if there was an actual pull in spot for this truck.

EFTON PARKI paid for moving blankets and there were none. The steering was loose and very dangerous. AC did not work. Absolute trash equipment. Rental process was overly complicated. I'll never use UHAUL again.

Alan WareI booked my truck reservation on the phone with u haul corporate after having trouble completing on the web site . was very happy with who helped me. on the other hand the dealer i found my self picking up my truck has a built in trick where they add the 14 dollar insurance knowing that you didn't want it... And when i asked it to be removed they played stupid. Had to call corporate to get the charge removed...little advice use the corporate owned stores.. not the Dealers won't be back this one.

Mark SettleMobile Pickup is an absolutely horrendous system. Was told multiple times by different uhaul representatives on the phone that the web and mobile is “wonky” or “glitchy” which essentially equates to it doesn’t work at all. If you cant get it to work, don’t offer it as a service. Transferred around to a handful of uhaul representatives and all of them just pushed me on the the next (usually to someone in scheduling” until eventually i was told “this is not my area of work but ill see what i can do.” Its truck rental not brain surgery, you can get this figured out.

Brion HartOnline pick-up should be 5mins at the counter. It took over 20mins for someone to come in and help me even after they knew I was there. And, I had to walk out into the shop to even get someone the second time. Ridiculous. Horrible customer service. I get it, Uhaul isn't the primary business of this location. But don't do it if you can't help the customers.
Bryan HowardThe pick up location is fine BUT the links that were sent to pick up via my phone didn't work. The link sent to check in the vehicle at the end didn't work. Both times I got messages that said their was an error on YOUR end. You need to fix this. Secondly, the key slot to return the keys was not big enough for the fob. I had to make TWO trips to return the same vehicle. The vehicle I picked up was FILTHY--with literal trash in the cup holders and in the back (used toothpicks, broken eyeglasses, used salt packets, dirt and debris). I did call customer service (great service and very helpful) and got a CLEAN vehicle 30 minutes later from the Alta Mere location and Brian (great service here as well).
