Ordered 15 foot truck and then was offered 10 footer without asking whether I wanted that or not. Waited 30 minutes for them to call someone to get it figured out. Women helping me was very helpful but she was not even with U-Haul so I felt bad. Hard to recommend this location, would have an easier time figuring out problems at a U-haul location instead. They gave me some leeway returning because it took so long which I do appreciate. Just wished the process was a bit smoother.

Pick up was a little tedious, do to representative English wasn’t to good nor did he try to help me understand, but overall task was complete without any main concerns, the location was great, it’s a convience store a bit busy but overall decent experience.
Fanette JNone of the optional rentals I chose were available. That's not really the location's fault but if options aren't available at nontraditional pickup locations, don't show them as options.
