Clean windows on rentals, why ask us what time we will be there, it’s not like you can be on time and have to wait in line for a half hour. why not have the customer fill it up before they drop off the rental. Leaving you shop with only 1/4 tank is not right

Megan MBe prepared for customers and not have to call someone on the phone.
Kari LThe vehicle clearly has needed brakes for quite awhile. It could be due to lack of maintenance or notification, but they are a safety risk. Other than that, the after hours check-in/out was smooth and efficient, and the host location accommodating.
Paul MFast, efficient truck rental at the Kwik Pik convenience store on Southwest Cutoff in Worcester, MA. The per-mile rate of $1.49 was reasonable. The owner of the truck didn't force me to buy additional services/charges that I didn't need.
