The lady was friendly but there was a disagreement with the fuel level. She claimed the fuel wasn't all the way full but I explained I just filled it and had the receipt. Possibly the gauge is broken but was same place as I picked it up and was at top of band.christopher T.
The mileage rates are way too high for a short term rental. All I did was pick up some furniture and the cost was too high for less than 4 hours.Curt D.

The office at Aztecs was wonderful to deal with. However after calling your regional office, transferred you the customer service number and 45 minutes on hold without an aswer. Bi hung up and called the regional office that said I needed to be transferred to customer service again. I explained the 45 minute hold time and the need to get back to work myself, I asked if they could make the reservation for me. But was told â€œno we are too busy to do that for youâ€ and transferred to customer service where I spend another 30 minutes on hold before reaching an agent. Once reaching an agent,!8 was told, here is your confirmation number. Go online, use this number and register. So....I want online using the registration number provided. Thought all was well, went to pick up the truck at 10 am the next morning, after driving 30 minutes to the location, informed no reservation on file and no truck available until 1230. Contacted the furniture store, paid the $200 late fee for no showing up at scheduled time and went back at 1230 to pick up the truck. Arrive at the furniture store, paid another $100 for late fee arrival. Arrival time was scheduled for 11 am and arrived after 2 pm. Disappointed in the service, attitude of the regional office, and feel uhaul should reimburse late feel in the amount of $300 for the mishap. Waiting for a response from uhaul o. This review. If they can't make it right for their protocols for customers, no need to use their service.Richette C.

Not sure what you could do. I had to unhook the trailer myself. Good thing I am strong enough to lift the tongue of a 6 x 12 trailer by myself. The place was terrible.Timothy B.

The truck was not clean. Used face masks were I. There and garbage from the previous driver. The store I picked u from was very dirty.Michele C.
why is it you send me a review of a place and product here and not others my last rental I had to fix the rear door that fell apart not allowing me to secure the contents and not compensation for doing so, I had another trailer that I rented many times and the SAME lights were out after returning the trailer I told the staff about the lights and NOTHING was done this review is a waist of time never againMichael G.
The truck rental was clean, but the inside smelled like cat pee. The ride was very uncomfortable. Uhaul needs to upgrade there trucks!Jeffery B.
It would seem like the previous renter transported animals and did not clean the truck. The pick up location did not clean it as well because it smelled and it was full of animal feces. We had to pressure wash it to get it clean and let it dry then sanitize it. This caused at least a 3 hour delay in loading the truck.Melody T.

Not happy. Went to U-Haul Moving & Storage of Madison for trailer. They didn't have one. THEY sent me to U-Haul at N First St because they had 2 available. N First St. is closed on WED. Called customer service NO ANSWER. Booked trailer online for 2309 Dickerson Pike, Nashville, TN 37207 location (6 miles away) within 10 min i get contacted by Uhaul that store isn't available i have to pick up in Portland (30 Miles away in wrong direction). If it wasn't for me needing it i would have tried to find another option. Portland location was kind and courteous. Just bad experience with UHAUL in general that day.WILEN H.

The drop off address on the contract would not take it so I had to spend a good bit of time on it taking it to another location clear across town. You said preregistration on line would make it quicker. That was a lie. What can you do to improve? Get a clue!Brian H.

The place I was supposed to drop the trailer off at was not open during their listed hours and I had to spend some time on the phone with u-haul to get it taken care of. I will say the lady I spoke with from u-haul was wonderful and very pleasant to work with.Rihard R.

The whole reservation was terrible!!! The people at the place I got uhaul from didn't have the slightest clue on what they are doing which caused me to not to be able to even pick up the uhaul til the day after my reservation but had the incompetent idiots known what they was doing, I later found out I could have gotten my uhaul on the day I was supposed to. Instead of having to wait an extra day and causing me to have to pay for a hotel room.Summer B.

It worked out ok. I was not prepared for the place to be closed on a Saturday morning. But I called the 800 number and was advised to download the U-Haul app which I did. I followed the directions and completed the transaction without problem.WAYNE A.
