The agent at pick up location lied, we requested that we pay at dropped off. She ran card! after she said it was only a "hold" she said that we had requested charges to be paid off at dropped off. She also said that if we return it earlier than 3 days we would get a credit. When I returned it at the Temecula location the Manager Robert Walsh said that was not case. We were quoted $105 in April and she ran $150 (is this a result of COVID) shame it is. You committed pick up in Modesto, but the actual pickup was in Winton 40 miles out of my way for a total of 80 round trip as I need it to pick up car in Modesto. This is after we confirmed pick up at your McHenry on Saturday for pickup at Kansas location. We did get a notice of location change on Sunday at 6:00. We went to the Kansas location on Monday at 7:00 am and they had a trailer there, why was this not given to us and the other customer pickup on Winton? We left Kansas at 7:30 to Winton to wait for 40 minutes as they do not open till 9:30am. How come you guys do not have std hours - as a service to customer? Yes I was told I was getting a 30mile package but I was told in the dealership in Winton California if I didn't use the whole 30miles I'd get refunded wha was unusedRoberto R.
The trailer I rented had magnetic tail lights and the wires were duct taped to the side of the trailer. There was no one to help hook the trailer fortunately my son was there to help me. When my son turned in the trailer in Reno he was asked what's up with the lights. He told them that's they way it was rented to us. I received a phone call from the regional manager and he told me he was embarrassed that the trailer had gone out that way. After apologizing several times he offered to refund my rental fee. I understand that unforeseen things can happen but it's nice to know that there are still folks and companies that pride themselves in customer service.JOHN W.

Make sure that the items ordered are available. I ordered 2 dozen blankets, but they only had 4 blankets available. When I asked if I could have the blankets at no charge, she refused. Because of this, I had to go to two more U-Hail locations before I got the blankets.Brett G.

I brought the truck back after one day. First thing that was said to me was "your late" I said I am early I rented for two days. Got charge for two days and she rented it immediately to a man who was waiting.Daniel S.

UHaul location for pick up point in Winton was not clearly marked on the reservation sheet. We went to another location nearby thinking that was the only store then only to be told there is another one. We live in the area for over 30 years and the only one we knew was the one we went first. We didn't even the second store. The movers that were sent to help us were excellent. They were courteous and diligent on their job. We moved our stuff out of Winton around Feb 12, 2018.Ruben J.
