Although the Uhaul vehicle was in useful condition, the passenger side floor had a sandy dirt material. I returned the vehicle clean in cab and back and I also filled the vehicle 1/4 over the required 1/2 way gas mark, uhaul refused to give credit. The representative did call and tried to give credit but was told No Credit. *THIS IS A WARNING TO OTHER PATRONS OF UHAUL.Leticia R.

The representative who helped me had poor customer service and a bad attitude. I didn't feel like my business was appreciated at all at this location. If it wasn't for the sudden need for this rental, I wouldn't have used the uhaul service from this authorized dealer. I truly felt undervalued as a customer and I will never step into this place for any service they have to offer. I will not recommend this location to anyone, in fact I would dissuade them based on my experience. I hope this place realizes it needs satisfied customers to stay in business!SERGIO S.
