Inform the customer about taking equipment pictures before leaving the lit. I opened my text message after departing Uhaul and the link wasn't valud.
James FRight taillight did not work. One right side tire had cut into sidewall but we made it to the destination. Had to wait along with other customers to pickup trailer due to their being NO ONE at the rental office. Note was on door with number to call.
randy pGas was on E when I picked up the truck. Extremely low. The furniture pads I paid to rent were later discovered in the back of the truck next to mine upon drop off. So I never had any to use. I would like to request my money back for the furniture pads I didn’t receive. Other than that, everything was great. Thanks!!
