My rating is not about this location in particular. I had a lot of trouble getting the code via Uhaul login on web browser. It should work, but it didn't for me. I had to download the app--not because of keyless entry. (Codes are entered manually by each customer into combo locks to access keys.) The website just wouldn't work for me (iPhone), so I downloaded the app. It took calling customer service and entering all my info again (I entered it for the reservation, so why?) Finally at the end of the day, I opened the app to return the van an hour early, but no. "Check your internet connection." We gave up after 30 min. Later that evening, I tried to open the website again, and it said "server unavailable". So, I was not crazy. The entire uhaul.com website had crashed during the day, and so that's why everything was so difficult. I really feel sorry for the dedicated cust svc reps, who had to deal with so many customers today. They sounded respectful and patient, despite their obv exhaustion. Uhaul, please do better, and give your reps a raise while you're at it.

Better app and description of what the location actually is. So challenging to locate and park the uhaul on street parking
