The staff at the location was very nice, but the U-Haul experience was terrible compared to all previous experiences. U-Haul called and changed my reservation before pickup because the truck I chose was not at the location the website said it was at, the U-Haul system was down for 30 minutes when I tried to pick up the truck (not the pickup location's fault) which caused me to be late for my freight elevator at the new apartment, the pickup location was a neighborhood convenience store with a live bird on the counter much further from my initial ocation that the location I selected before U-Haul changed it, the U-Haul rep I called said I had to make a new reservation and gave me instructions that could not be followed (clicking buttons on the website that did not exist) but the system came back online while we were on the phone, and the truck was in terrible condition with broken bumpers. Wild.

Julio VI had my reservation location changed twice, once day of due to lack of availability of the van I was renting. The new location did not have a furniture dolly so I had to go to a U-Haul location to pick one up. I did not appreciate having to drive to multiple locations to secure what I had reserved. Also there was a man working at the Doral U-Haul who was yelling at employees and driving the returned truck far too fast and making sharp turns, honked at me as he whizzed by because I was slightly poking out to get air in my tires (which was another thing.. the van I picked up had low tire pressure so I had to resolve that at the doral U-Haul). I was delayed about an hour because of all the running around.
