The brakes on the truck were very bad, it was an American truck so in miles, I didn't notice immediately and wasn't told. Truck wasn't at our location, pick up time was mixed up, then truck didn't show up, had to taxi to another town, was given wrong address and had to go to another location took us 3.5 hours to get the truck. Every customer that came in was served while we had to wait to sort everything out. In the end supervisor did comp the taxis. But was a very difficult day

They have no training on U-Haul and didn’t even know I had a pick up.

ALFRED MIt was not a proper drop off /pick up. The trailer was in a snow bank cut out. There was no tongue jack an it was a slight down hill. There was nobody there that knew anything about the rental or could help.. I was expected to lift a tandem enclosed trailer on a down hill in the snow and back my truck up to it at the same time. I managed to get it with alot of strain to my back and arms. A horrible experience when your on a time schedule
