Having an earlier drop off option would be nice. Maybe give the U-Haul user a temporary gate code that expires after one use so the vehicle can be dropped off before the storage part opens. Maybe have a key drop box by the front door. There are cameras everywhere.

Rhonda Olocation needs a secure key box. I had to wait two hours to return the key. Other people had to wait as well. One person left all together. Everything else was great.

McKinley HIt was unfortunate that there is no option to refuse UHaul insurance at this location. The UHaul website and app offer option for insurance, but this store required it. Beware.

The truck, however, was fine for size, but I believe the vehicle needs service. I did share this concern with staff and they said they would notify mechanics. Overall a very good experience.

John GThis location charged me for insurance that I did not want saying it was mandatory and my personal insurance would not cover box trucks. I only learned of the charge when I questioned the amount of the invoice instead of being informed of their policy in advance. My insurance agent confirmed for me that my Safeco insurance covers my liability on U-Haul vehicles. U-Haul Corporate does not require insurance, this is a local decision made w/o the knowledge of U-Haul Corporate. #neveragain

susan lI recommend the interior of the vehicle be wiped down and sanitized before renting to a new customer.The vehicle I picked up was clearly not cleaned. There was hair and dust covering the entire dash. That is my only concern, everything else about the process was excellent.

JOSE LWhen placing the order, the staff was clear about cost and availability. The truck was ready as promised. My order was adjusted to reflect available equipment/supplies. The after hours drop-off process was explained, fortunately not needed. I have confidence in using this U-Haul location.

Eric HThe truck I received was the wrong one I had reserved. I still was ok with it, the initial paperwork was brief, however I realized the truck had the wrong mileage. I had uploaded the picture to the initial U-Haul mileage check but was still quoted the extra 45miles in my final bill. It feels horrible to be cheated if you've done everything right. Roger FNo inventory. Took forever to pick up and drop off. Worker overcharged us, and had to enlist help on the phone to complete any of the transactions. We were overcharged by at least 50.
Christine HThe truck I ordered was not there they gave me smaller truck which took more trip and more gas. The savings was not savings when you factor it took 2 days to completely move my stuff.
Dorri WDanielle and Alex were awesome. I was very disappointed that the truck came back at noon and then went out again since I had reserved it for 5 PM. There wasn't enough time for them to clean it. The midday reservation dented the metal plate in the middle of the back and the truck was filthy. I took my broom to the grandma's attic, but it didn't do much good. It needed new wipers, an alignment (it pulls to the right) and the light in the back of the truck was missing a cover and didn't work.

MARISOL COriginal return location was unsatisfactory. They were not open over the weekend and my truck was emptied Saturday morning. I wanted to return it right away so I had to call to find a new location.

Alexis OMy original reservation was messed up because equipment was not returned on time (NOT your fault). The staff there was prompt to greet me, honest and apologetic about the situation. They said you would call shortly to refer me to an alternate location. You did. The Lacey Self Storage site is very clean and the staff are very nice and competent with your software (this is often not the case). Everything went well, even the glitch with 1st reservation, and I appreciate the good service I received at both locations. Thank you . . . Franki
