Julie ANothing. This is Nice California. I wouldn't expect it to be clean and in order. I was glad to see there was someone in the office and I didn't have to chase around for a half hour looking for someone to take the truck back this time.

richard sI am still waiting for my $30 refund. After waiting for 30 minutes in the office to try and get that refund and the website not working I was told it would be taken care of and I would get an email notification. No such thing has happened as of yet. I also don't like insurance automatically being added on my billing without being asked. That's what I'm waiting for. And insurance refund and extra mileage that I was charged for, but didn't put on the truck. That was 4 hours ago. I'm expecting I'll probably have to go to the business tomorrow and wait and wait and wait to get this taken care of. Seems your website wasn't working? Does everybody have to go through this and wonder if they're ever going to get a refund for an overcharge?

Nicholas PIt turns out that the future I was moving was tall than the trailer. I made it worked. Just had to lay the cabinet on its back. A taller trailer would have been better

zack hNot only are these people amazing and so helpful, but your reservation phone staff were outstanding! I had numerous date changes over a 2 month period, and I can’t thank each of them enough for being so helpful and kind! Prices were a bit steep for the truck, double compared to all the other times I’ve used Uhaul, but overall very happy with your services. Thank you staff!
NANETTE MWhere to begin. I feel bad for the owner, but he took 45 minutes to check me out. He didn't know how to use a computer. I had to listen to his issues him and his wife are having and the truck was only 3/8 full of gas. Not a customer friendly experience to say the least. For anybody in the Lakeport, CA area go to the Kelseyville store instead.
Tim KI returned the equipment late, but they were understanding. I do realize that they depend on timely return. Other customers are depending on the equipment to be there for their use I felt bad. I paid the extra fee and all is well. I would definitely recommend uhaul!

JONATHAN PI called a few days ahead of time to give all my information so it wouldn't take long to finish up and get moving. We went the night ahead of time to finish signing the rental for the truck and was told we would be charged an extra day if we did that. We decided to go early the next day to finish up the paper work. When we got there it took him 40 minutes to get us out of the door. We had two men waiting to load the truck and we were 1/2 hour late getting there to open the house. I was so anxious the rest of the day and so disappointed in him taking so very long to get us out of there after I had called a few days earlier, gone there the night before and then have to wait 40 minutes to get us out of there. The gentleman, who was very nice, needs to let his wife do the paper work & get people out of there to do their move.
Carrol GI requested blankets for protection of my belongings, and much of them were wet, not sure why. Other than that, perfectly satisfied. Very nice people.

I was concerned I went over the miles I paid for, he informed me that I was overcharged and should not have paid per mile, He credited my card the extra I paid (I believe 30.00) because pick up location said I only had so many miles and I knew I would have went over so I paid extra just incase. However he said you do not pay per mile on trailers!! Thank you

roy lThe location was a little run down but the people there were great. They helped me swap out a truck that smelled like a marijuana farm which Ukiah U-haul gave me for a nice clean truck.
Michael CI didn't realize that you charged $1.39 per mile plus refill the truck to the gas gage when I got it. Especially being driven locally. I used it to take my trash to the dump & my cans & plastic bottles to the recycling center. I paid $19.00 for the dump & $159.00 for the truck plus $25.00 to refill the truck. I only got $107.37 from my recycled items. So I lost out big time. From now on I'll take them in my car back & forth. If it was alot of miles then I could see paying extra for the miles but it was less then 100 miles total but it was all local but 5 trips.

The owner went above and beyond by calling his Supervisor at uhaul and I was able to complete the check out on the phone. His tenacity was appreciated because we had everything in place to move my daughter from California to Reno, Nevada that weekend. Sincerely. Debbie White

Michael PThis duo team was amazing! We were on our way to Fort Bragg for the weekend when our truck broke down while pulling our 24 foot trailer. It was 5 pm on a Thursday, Pat and his wife accommodated our needs well beyond what they needed to. We rented a truck from them to continue with our trip, they allowed us to park our broke down truck in their yard where it was safe and gave us a courtesy call at the end of the evening to make sure we got to our destination safely. I would recommend this company over and over. Thanks again, Pat and Cricket! Gratefully, The Birkedals!
HOLLY BHer office was filthy! Dozens of spiders hanging from the ceiling, webs everywhere, a bird in the office that was messy, dust covered everything, floor was dirty, I literally tried not to touch anything. Also she didn't wear a mask when dealing with me. I understand that's a personal decision, but I was wearing a mask. If I noticed someone with a mask on still I would also put one on to match them to make my customer feel more comfortable. I've been vaccinated, but I have autoimmune disorders so I have to be extra careful. Not sure how a truck rental when booking in website goes from $47 to $177 something just feels off to me about that. And then when I went to return it at 4pm the sign said they were open, but office was locked and no one around. After calling out several times I called the number and she answered, but in a very unprofessional manner. We live in Nice so we felt convenience of renting from her was a great idea. However I'm not sure we will do that again, it might be worth our time to drive to Lakeport to rent a truck.

GARY HThe actual place I finally got the Uhaul from was fantastic but the Uhaul corporation is one of the worst run things that I have ever experienced in my life. I had a date to pick up for two weeks and it was switched three times during those two weeks which wasn't a huge deal. When I finally went to pick it up though there was no Uhaul at all for me. They didnt seem to care and told me to to drive 2 hours away to get it when I have had this reservation for two weeks. Thankfully I found a local one but I will NEVER use Uhaul again.
