Very run down motel with homeless people sleeping in broke down cars in the parking lot. The facility did not have the furniture pads I ordered. I had to drive to another location to get them.

It took an hour to get the truck because they had no idea what they were doing. Then it took over a half hour to return the truck. I won't rent from there again.
