Incorrect starting mileage, and in spite of telling the associate in-person - no response was provided. Incorrectly charged for miles as well as fuel since the return vehicle had a full tank. Never coming back to this location and will not recommend this to others. Will also make sure to process a claim against this.

The pick up went fine, but I had to drive a long way away from my requested pick up site. U-Haul should have delivered the truck to my requested location.
AUSTIN HCouple things. The guy helping me was surly and really was only interested in doing the minimum. No helpful advice. No recommendations. Didn’t mention reporting dents in the trailer before leaving the lot. I rent trailers rarely. It can increase anxiety. Backing those things up is really difficult. It’s nice when people are willing to just do their job to make the experience better Finally. The first 24 hrs of the drive the rain did not stop. When we reached our first stop and unloaded items, some of the load was wet. Nothing damaged, but a comforter was soaked and a box packed with household items destroyed by the water and all the paper packing soaked and unusable. Lucky we were going south and leaving the rain
CORBIN TWhy did you charge me for fuel? I have already put the gas and checked the fuel gauge to make sure the remaining fuel was above 1/8, which was even higher than that when I received the truck. You should let me know when I was there if you felt unsatisfied, instead of charging me sneakily when I returned home
Tzu CThe truck itself was out of alignment, or at least the steering wheel was way off being centered. A little more maintenance would be advised for this truck.
ERIC Elocation has no parking, so it only truly works if you’re within walking distance. plus, service at this location was absolutely terrible. will never go back and will not recommend.

WILLIAM WIt's extremely difficult just to get into the facility as it's at the corner of two divided roads. There's also no parking, so you need to either get a Lyft there and back or have someone tag along to drive you. The office itself is just a counter in a service station so it's dirty and cluttered. The vehicle itself was a very rough ride - the suspension and brakes need work, it's dirty, and clearly quite old.

SVETLANA GI rented a 15’ truck from U-Haul yesterday. My reservation was for $29.95 per day, plus $15 for Safemove insurance, and I planned to use the truck for about 6 hours. I picked up the truck at 10:00 AM and returned it at 4:11 PM. When I returned the truck, the manager told me there would be a $10 late fee for being 10 minutes past the scheduled return time. Since U-Haul advertises a 24-hour rental period, I expected the final bill to be about $10 higher than my original quote of $95.06 (which included $39.75 for mileage, $15 for Safemove, $29.95 rental rate, plus tax). However, when I received the final bill, it was $196.49. I was told that the “10-minute late fee” sign in the store was outdated and that I was being charged for two full days of rental, even though I only had the truck for 6 hours and 11 minutes. This is completely unreasonable. I used the truck for just over 6 hours—less than one-third of a day—and I am being charged double the original cost. This feels unfair and misleading, and I am requesting a correction to the bill.

ZHONGWEI ZWhen I picked up the truck I asked about dropping off after hours. They said drop off was available 24 hours a day. They did not say that it would cost $20 to drop off after closing. They closed at 5pm. I arrived at 5:25pm same evening. I picked up the truck at 3:30pm. Had it for a total of 2 hours. Adding a $20 after hours fee without verbal notification to the customer especially when asked about late drop off. Thankfully I don't have to rent a truck often.
SAGIV BI don’t recommend this place and will never use the service at this particular location. No respect at all towards customers at least a simple smile and basic human being gesture I said Thank you 3 times in the whole conversation even though the employee at this location refused the service since we are late and when we came again with new reservation made us to just stand and wait with no reason.

SRINIVASA VThe business owner was plain racist. He tried to falsely accused me of damaging his vehicl, which is plain lie as I get down from the opposite side (passenger side). Even though I was courteous and I tried to reason calmly, he started shouting at me. And when he called his security company to check on cameras to confirm that the damage on his vehicle was pre-existing, even then he did not courtesy to acknowledge that he was wrong let alone apologizing to me.
