I have rented several U-haul trucks on our cross country moves and sometimes for the local needs. The windshield was very dirty, had to clean it myself. The cab and cargo box was Ok. Mechanically, the vehicle had a lot miles and the steering wheel had a lot of play that made me nervous on the cross country drive.

RYAN YVery tight gas station location..no on-site parking. Booked specific site but UHaul changed. Email went to spam. Didn't get phone call or email like original confirmation specified. Mileage to/from Lake Hills location was NOT OK! Ended up.costing $175 (without fuel) for a 70 mile move. Will reconsider using UHaul in the future.

Other than that my adviser was friendly and very straightforward and for a small location they seem to be juggling a lot of equipment very efficiently.
