Returning the truck and trailer was so effortless! They helped unlock my car from the trailer, which was all I needed help with and I unloaded my car from the trailer. I was able to turn in the trailer first and then come back and return the truck after unloading. It was easy peasy. Great location and service

There is barley anywhere to park a truck
Madeline KI get you have issues with theft of vans, but treating every single customer like a criminal is beyond acceptable. The guy at this location was fantastic, but the overall u-Haul experience and process is ghetto.
