I ran over my phone during the trip and couldn't use the app to check the truck back in. I drove 92 miles. I verified this with Google maps. I was charged for 112 miles. When I called to ask that it be adjusted the agent refused to adjust - he claimed that he wrote the number down himself, and the truck was no longer there so he couldn't double check. As I had dropped the truck off only a couple hours previously, on a Monday afternoon, I don't believe the truck was gone from the location. I was overcharged around $40.00.

Non friendly staff
Arjun CCustomer service poor. Little to no communication regarding use of trailer. When I arrived home trailer door was open, indicating it was not secured when I picked the trailer up. Tires on trailer are at the end of their treadwear.
Christopher PThe attendant was not friendly and rude towards customers. He did the bare minimum in explaining/communicating the u-haul rental procedure. Otherwise, the equipment works great.
Aaron RI couldn’t log in with my phone number, despite 3 attempts, to do an after hours return, and the wait to talk to anyone was an hour. Then I was charged for an extra day and had to call to have that refunded. Again, the location was fine but U Haul reservations and systems is bad!
