My complaint isn’t about the location but the service overall. I made a reservation at a different location, I was called the night before that I need a location change. This is the second time in a row this has happened to me. I had also ordered a utility dolly and 2 furniture dolly’s. When I went to the new location, the guy was not notified of this need and did not have what I needed. So I had to go to a different location to get those. This shouldn’t be happening. Do better.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis is my third or fourth time using this location, and I’ve always received excellent service. I would definitely come back here again.
Ai YWe dropped off after business hours, so we did not deal with any people. The location was fine and easy to access.
Christin NI have rented several U-haul trucks on our cross country moves and sometimes for the local needs. The windshield was very dirty, had to clean it myself. The cab and cargo box was Ok. Mechanically, the vehicle had a lot miles and the steering wheel had a lot of play that made me nervous on the cross country drive.
Tom WGreat Service. Love the new Big Toy trailer I saw. Looking forward to renting it
