The person who helped me at this location when I called was rather rude. I had given him my name for the reservation and when I asked him for his he avoided my request saying well I'm the one who will be here when you arrive. So I again asked him for his name and he said that he was not going to tell me. When I came in I asked him why was he being so unprofessional. He was wearing his name tag and it was "Said". I reiterated to him that how unprofessional he was was very unacceptable and very very unprofessional. I've never had anyone in a business establishment refuse to give their name even though they were wearing their name on their shirt. I asked him three times over the phone so that I would know who I have been talking to when I came in for the vehicle. I would never recommend this location because this individual was so very unprofessional and it was very apparent that he did not know what he was doing or how to handle and carry himself in a professional way he just was not a very nice person.

DAVID TI rented a 10' truck on the 21st and the rental process was pretty straight forward. I provided my credit card and drivers' license. On the 23rd when I rented a van I had to take a selfie and pictures of both sides of my drivers' license. Not having to do that before I tried three times unseuccessfully until the employee grew impatient and demanded to do it for me. DO your processes change that much in 48 hours or is it a different requirement for a different vehicle? The employee was no help at all. It was a maddening experience. If you had a decent rental alternative I would jump to them in a heartbeat. I know people misuse your equipment regularly and I don't know your business challenges, but it seems to me you don't have enough competition.

It was customer service (at a gas station uhaul) not so much when I dropped it off …the guy was mad about working or being there …….i don’t know what his name is but he’s really not happy about his job or maybe he had to deal with an asshole customer before me or maybe his mother yelled at him for not cleaning his room last night but for whatever reason he was mad :( So please customers be nice to people who have to work more for little money …..even if customer service is not that great don’t be an asshole to people who have to work in customer service for shiity ass customers Thank you :) and have a wonderful day !

DAVID RHave a more outgoing customer oriented employee! The young man was NOT rude or impolite, he just wasn’t outgoing and customer service oriented at all. He did his job just fine I just wish he was more outgoing.

Radu IThe people at this location were fine. My problem is that my reservation was moved to this location by your reservation department because the location where I had made my reservation (which was adjacent to our self storage facility) "did not have the equipment" I had ordered (your smallest box truck). However, when I arrived at the storage facility, there was one sitting right in front of it. When we returned later in the day to place what we were moving back into our storage locker, it was still sitting there and I have a photograph to prove it. This charade cost us significant time and additional mileage fees to complete our task for the day. Your customer service line will get a phone call soon to register my formal complaint!

Michael ZI was charged Insurance when I denied for it at the time of delivery and that wasn't removed from my order when I was assured that it would be dropped and got added by mistake. Need to abide by words as I'm now sending back n forth mails to U-Haul to get that dropped.

Karell SI am using your location whenever I need a moving truck. In general I’m satisfied. I rented the truck and I don’t think it was clean. Mud on the floor and a fork. So I left the same muddy floor and removed the fork. I suppose it is the standard for a clean van.
Beata BInterior of trailer was clean. Exterior was very dirty. Responding about the filtly trailer exterior, the single person on staff during a very busy time replied, "it doesn't really matter..." It was the only trailer available. This person efficiently checked me out and mounted the hitch and connections. The interior of the small retail space smelled strongly of long-term body odor with just the two of us in it.

AJAY BThe attendant was extremely rude, unhelpful, and condescending. He would glare at me when I would ask for clarification or when he didn't understand what I was asking. The gas station was so run down and dirty I wouldn't even fill my car there.

BRIGIDA ATruck was dirty inside. Had been side swiped and had body damage to back and side.When tried to report on line it would not upload. I have older smart phone and think app was too big for phone. Attendant had to use his phone to complete.I was not provided with any email or paper copy of report of body damage for proof. When I tried to check in on iPad, it wouldn’t go through.

KEVIN Hhorrible. I left one sheet of bubble wrap and get charged 45$ for a cleaning fee? Fucking nonsense. Not coming back.
Max BConvenient. Great store hours. Tried to use ap for afterhours turn in but it wouldn't pick up my location and truncated process. Had to call a call center to an agent to record check in. Probably wasted a half hour in the process. Otherwise truck worked well.

Chemeda TWhen we got there, Scott was rude and said they didn't have a reservation for me to pick-up a trailer, even though I had written confirmation of my reservation. He also said they don't have any additional trailers on the lot. I walked away and called the U-Haul rep I had spoken to the prior day. She said I do have a reservation and the Bellevue location does have an available trailer. I asked the phone rep to call Scott and advise him. I then returned to the Bellevue site and Scott agreed that I have a reservation. He didn't apologize, He simply told another employee to get my trailer. Terrible service.

Roderick BSend a receipt of final bill. Have available parking spots for those that rent for the day. All the parking spots are taken up by employees. I wouldn’t recommend because of the lack of parking and having to walk across streets to park.
Brandeis LThe truck had a bent bumper and I was asked to approve condition of the truck when I picked it up. I elected "Disapprove" when prompted to approve a picture of the truck as it did not show the bent bumper. It asked to upload a current picture as the reason for my disapproval but when I clicked on the link to take a picture, it did not work. When I went in to talk to the attendant, he was not there. There were a line of people waiting. I took my own pictures. The bed of the van was so dirty I had to stop and purchase a mattress cover to keep the bed I was transporting clean. Also, there was no onsite parking so I had to park on the street and walk back to the gas station to get the van.

I stayed outside in the rain for one our trying to use the online app to return the uhaul which was not working, The cashier refused to assist despite finding him at the store, he said his time is up and I should step outside and do it there so he could close the store. I would recommend going to onother location but not this one,

Rohit GThe van requested was ready at the reserved time and had a full tank of gas. There was some damage on the passenger side door that was not reflected in the online photos, but i quickly uploaded takine on my phone; this is a really nice feature of U-Haul app. Staff were helpful upon the return of the vehicle and allowed me to leave it at the pump; this was welcome as the parking lot is a litte tight and I'm glad someone else was going to park the vehicle. All in all, a positive rental experience.

Barbara WWas charged a cleaning fee after returning a truck clean. After calling in to ask why they charged me the worker said “I can’t remember why I charged you, it’s been a long time.” It had been an hour. I was also charged for four gallons of fuel after refueling to where it had previously been. Not only is the fuel more expensive per gallon as one would expect, but also there is a $30 fuel service fee. For 4 gallons it was $53 of charges. They are literally located in a gas station. This is excessive. After calling in to the 1800 number because the employee said he couldn’t help me, the customer service agent said that price didn’t seem right either. Terrible service, and it seems very sketchy like they are charging for no reason. Never coming here again
