Yard help was no where to be found, when I returned the trailer, why? Not their job? Don’t know, but I had problems disconnecting the safety cables from my truck. They saw me drive onto the lot and then into the storage yard, no help showed. Other than that, the experience was average.

David SThe employees working at this location are excellent. The 26foot truck was very clean inside. The employees explained some driving tips that saved us some much needed dollars. They receive an A+ rating. However, I understand U-haul is in business to make money. I understand this. 1. The steering on this Ford F650 truck at times had a mind of its own. It would pull to the right and quite often I was on the right shoulder doing my best to keep it in the lane. 2. The air conditioning stopped working after 3-4 hours. A trip to the south in the heat of 95degrees made the trip harrowing at best. As someone who has probably driven over 2 million miles in my present lifetime - On a scale of 1 to 10 and 10 being excellent. I would rate this vehicle a 3. Comments for improvement: Repair the air conditioning. Review the tires and replace as necessary. Provide a front end alignment. Some of the tires on this truck need replacing. I am very thankful that I did not have any tire blowouts.

Joseph PI dropped off the vehicle on a Sunday and the location for drop off is closed so I’m not sure if they were actually helpful and friendly, but it was easy access to drop off the truck and keys in the lock box in front of the building.

LON GI cannot think of anything too significsnt. 1. Lots of trucks generalky availabke. 2. Parking space to leave vehicle is good (especially adjacent side lot). 3. Opening early (8/a) better than other locations. 4. Lower min charge is favorable to settle when truck is returned. 5. Franchise is friendly. 6. I guess having the higher end and larger moving blankets to rent (not currently the case) would be an improvement. The crushed felt, small and thin pads are not of practical use. Thank you.

Daniel TFyi to the owner operator. Sunday morning the roads were covered in snow and ice. As I traveled down I 75 in a sea of salt spray , I soon found out Theresa's no wiper fluid in the resuveior. This soon beca e very unsafe and dangerous as the windows completely blocked over by salt residue off the road. I cou,d have easily been in a serious accident over this minor oversight. I would encourage you to change your maintenance approach to ensure that all rented U hauls are completely topped off in al essential fluids. Had this been a less experienced driver, I am most certain there could have been a serious accident. Obviously, I was able to find acess to a local hardware store and added the necessary windshield solvent and all was fine. Other than this oversight, the vehicle performed and delivered to my expectations.

STEVEN DI will say the Lake Orion U-Haul did help me with the situation and they gave me a number to call her name was Cici. She did help me with a matter and resolved it. I have always used this U-Haul on Clarkston Road. They are awesome.!
