My pickup location was changed due to an equipment issue. I received a call from the new location even before I knew of the change so I called my original location to verify the change. I had an appliance hand truck on my reservation. They did not have one and DID NOT tell me. Instead they put in a very small hand truck. and did not change the charge amount. We were moving a refrigeratior and absolutely had to have the appliance one. We had to find another location with one and go there to pick it up which caused issues when I did the drop-off. They could not do the return for the separate contract for some reason. I had them sign the paper contract that it was returned and I never received confirmation that they had checked it back in as I was told I would.

Place was closed. Parking lot was small. Parking spaces were narrow. Was charged extra day. Dropped key in box on Sunday and they billed me for Mondaym
Donna ZHave employees that know what’s going on. The manager called me and had me bring the rental back to this location. When I got there he wasn’t there instead there was someone filling in. The lady filling in told me they don’t take back tow dollies and I would have to return where I got it. I told here I wasn’t taking back to Massachusetts. She called another manager and they finally said to leave it and they would deal with it. I’ll never go through U-Haul again.
Frederick U92 Saver is EXCELLENT, U-Haul themselves tried unsuccessfully to charge me for two days when I only had the vehicle for 11 hours.
