Deanna LFriendly service from a really nice guy that I enjoyed visiting with as we picked up the trailer. The trailer was ready to go, and we towed it fully loaded for over 500 miles without issue. I double-checked the tire pressure (as I think verifying those things are a driver's responsibility) and they were fully inflated. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend this location to anyone needing a rental for hauling.

taylen tMake sure the equipment isn’t broken before renting it because mine broke and left me stranded for 6 hours.
MICHAEL MThe truck was very clean and had all the supplies we had ordered inside of it. It was easy to pick up even with the manager out of pocket on other errands. When we called to ask that the emails be resent so that we could once again confirm the drop off, an email promised was never sent. We were on the road driving and could only check what email should have been sent. It never came but my sister was still able to drop the truck off at a local destination. I was told that the gas tank held 60 gallons of fuel. We could never get the necessary milage or fill the tank that full. We never let it get near to empty but the tank would never take more than 40 gallons. We felt that we weren't able to go as far as we wished. But the trip was pleasurable and memorable. The truck worked wonderfully. Thank you so very much!

DEANI SReplacing the straps and ratchet on the car dolly. I'm a full grown man and it gave me a hard time. Other than that. Everything was great. The owner is a wonderful man.
Daniel GMake it to where the customer knows if they go over the miles from U-Haul location to U-Haul location(if your house or the house you are moving to is any miles past the U-Haul pickup spot) that it will charge you extra per mile. I wasn’t happy to have an unexpected $40 taken from my bank account. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN PERSON!
