I received an email confirmation for the location that I chose and when I arrived there was told that my truck was at a different location. I received no communication indicating that the location had changed. This was an inconvenience as my ride had already departed after I arrived at the first location.

Having no one available to assist at the time of arrival is a fail. The equipment itself was fine, but someone needs to be around to assist. Would have also likely resulted in an upsell as I needed a furniture dolly and didn't have the chance to get one from the location
