Had to have roadside service come out to restart the truck because it was such an old truck you had to turn the ignition key almost completely around before it would start. It 2 hands for me to crank it that far. I had to pay my helpers to wait around for service. The U haul manager told me it was my fault!!!! I waited 3 hours! I feel I should have gotten some kind of discount. Very disappointed with your company and I will tell all my thousands of friends how awful my experience with your company was!!!!!

Was not clear in communication of what all was to be charged.Also, if you need to reach him after you leave the place of business , the phone lines are off or business is closed. Extremely too high!
