My reservation was changed from the Washington Blvd Laurel MD location to the Laurel Lakes BP location due to truck availability. This location was not able to find my reservation and needed a new process in place for my Corporate team member while onsite. This cost us over an hour and a half in time to get the truck from the Laurel Lakes location. The truck was not cleaned or maintained inside. The representatives and staff members at this location were rude and not very helpful.
