Honestly the only good thing about this location is that they allow to drop off the rental wherever you choose to. I was not able to take pictures because the app kept saying that my location was off when in reality they lot location was blank. The guy inside the store doesn't know anything he's talking about, he said that because my transaction was pending that was the reason for the app not to work properly at pick up. I dropped off my rental without any issues so this location is the problem.

I have never in my life been treated with such lack of regard or professionalism. BOTH men at the counter had no idea what they were doing. ALL of the equipment I paid for was NOT THERE. A random uhaul man showed up with a dolly 4 hours after my reservation. It took me an HOUR to get access to the uhaul I paid for. My family friends and I will never ever be renting from uhaul ever again. Made our move miserable, when it should have been happy.
Sasa RI would recommend you to pick up any equipment from the full service location, like Dolly hand truck and then the accessories and then pick up the truck at that location
Jorge QMy reservation was changed from the Washington Blvd Laurel MD location to the Laurel Lakes BP location due to truck availability. This location was not able to find my reservation and needed a new process in place for my Corporate team member while onsite. This cost us over an hour and a half in time to get the truck from the Laurel Lakes location. The truck was not cleaned or maintained inside. The representatives and staff members at this location were rude and not very helpful.
