Mario EGood but i put $30.00 of gaz , the millage to e was 95 miles,And i put an other $10.00 of gaz ,the millage to e was again 95 miles to e .I took the truck to105 miles to e.I am sure , with $40.00 of gaz i have notting else to pay.This truck was a very good one trank you.Sorry for my english!

Ghislain FExcellent Service! C'était la première fois qu'on louait un véhicule. L'employé a bien pris le temps de nous expliquer tout ce qu'on devait savoir, incluant la différence entre payer leur assurance ou prendre la nôtre, etc, et s'est bien assuré qu'on comprenait. Il a été très patient avec nous. Les seuls détails qui m'ont un peu «dérangée» sont les suivants : 1- Je ne savais pas qu'ils acceptaient uniquement les cartes de crédit. Nous en aviser au moment de la location aurait facilité les choses. 2- Le gaz n'était pas complètement plein, et on m'a expliqué que je devais le leur ramener avec le même niveau de gaz. Si j'en mets plus, on ne me rembourse pas la différence, si j'en mets moins, on me le charge (normal...) sauf que c'est beaucoup plus cher qu'à la station-service... et donc, comme c'est un véhicule qu'on ne connait pas, c'est difficile de mettre exactement le bon montant pour arriver exactement au niveau qu'il avait quand on l'a eu. Pourquoi ne pas simplement de remplir full entre chaque location? Ceci dit, la patience, le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de l'employé compensent pour ces deux inconvénients mineurs. 5 étoiles, je recommande!
Alex RMy review is not intended for this specific Uhaul location in Lanoraie, they were very accommodating, but for the general Uhaul booking and claims centers in the Montreal area. You would think, that with 3+ months of reservation leadtime they would be able to have a truck available for a 5 day rental even remotely close to the original request location. But no, only 100+km away where I need to be resposible for the extra distance costs and gas. They simply need to invest in more equipment and do better planning. Their priority is obviously not the convenience of the client and simply that a truck is rented. All this inconvenience is obviously covered in their terms and the service reps can simply tell you that's the way it is, your reservation was not a priority for us, good luck. They are a mess.

Eric CGreat service, professional and efficient. The gentleman hooked the trailer to my car , explained the equipment and checked the lights. He was on site when I arrived and when on return. At my reqyest He backed up the trailer himself.

Leo jI have rent vehicles from U-Haul many times previously. The latest pricing is just RIDICULOUS. I didn't look at the pricing prior to renting, I just assumed it would be similar to my previous transactions, what a shock!!! $ 150 + $ 20 gas to pick up a 7' railing (119 km / less than 3 hours). Simply not worth it. The vendor was charging $ 80 for delivery. Good luck! I have put a BIG X on U-Haul...
