Il m'ont déduit 72 dollars de plus et je ne sais pas pourquoi sans explications et quand j'ai appelé au bureau la dame m'a dit que j'ai pas fermé dans l'application que je n'avais pas connaissance et elle m'a remboursé 23 dollars mais je ne suis pas content parce que il me manque 50 dollars qu'elle m'a facturer de plus sans explications

Check the windshield washer liquid before tu quit the location site. We had a battery charge problem because the light in the roof stay always open if we didn’t close the the brightness of the truck's dashboard.We needed to recharge the truck battery.

La seule chose que je trouve que c'est un problème c'est lorsque nous avons besoin de vous rejoindres ce n'est pas vraiment facile. Il n'avait plus de liquide pour nettoyer les vitres et les essuie-glaces glaces sont magané. Mais je suis satisfaite car j'ai pu déménagé et faire ce que nous devions faire. Merci beaucoup !

La personne nous a montré notre camion qui était 30 mètres du bureau, et nous a laissé partir sans plus. Oui elle nous a invité à prendre des photos mais elle a indiqué que cela n'était pas oubligatoire.

Truck was left in disgusting state. Sticky stains inside the cup holder, food crumbs everywhere, lettuce on the ground, and the inside of the cab smelt like cigarette smoke. The back of the truck was extremely dirty. Extremely disappointed.

I reserved a trailer, knowing the price I would pay. However, they charged me $10 for insurance without my consent, even though I told them I wouldn't be taking it. I have my own insurance with my vehicle. I had to ask them to print a copy of the invoice, which isn't normal! I'm disappointed with my experience because this is the second time I've had surprises regarding the price charged. I think I'll find a different rental company soon. I'm disappointed.
