Arlene BIt was close to my house and easy to pick up. I would love to give 5 star but when picking up the truck the lock on 1st truck did not work so I called customer service. They had me try a lock on a second truck which also did not work. They had me try a lock on a third truck which finally worked. Customer service did an excellent job getting me the truck during off hours. Also key was extremely hard to remove from ignition. If this location could test and make sure their locks work properly and removing their key from ignition they should get a 5 star.

Theresa PI came in my car to pick the truck and I was told by the u haul representative that - either I should not bring my car or park it somewhere else not at the uhaul parking spaces which didnt make sense because I’m taking a truck and the trucks parking spot is supposed to be empty. Another thing I asked him was why wasnt I informed about this earlier? - his response was very reckless. He told me its my problem not his. Except that everything went smooth.

BRENDON SOverall experience is good, but the vehicle safety concerns must be assured. While driving on highway 9FT u-haul truck shakes a bit while breaking. That shouldn’t have happened and the vehicles must be maintained appropriately. Overall customer service and the people working in that location provided outstanding service. .
