I came in my car to pick the truck and I was told by the u haul representative that - either I should not bring my car or park it somewhere else not at the uhaul parking spaces which didnt make sense because I’m taking a truck and the trucks parking spot is supposed to be empty. Another thing I asked him was why wasnt I informed about this earlier? - his response was very reckless. He told me its my problem not his. Except that everything went smooth.

BRENDON SOverall experience is good, but the vehicle safety concerns must be assured. While driving on highway 9FT u-haul truck shakes a bit while breaking. That shouldn’t have happened and the vehicles must be maintained appropriately. Overall customer service and the people working in that location provided outstanding service. .
