The truck was clean. The DIY check-in process was confusing. It took two of us and a phone call to U-Haul to complete the process which delayed our job. The gas in the trunk was less than 1/4 full; this caused another delay since we had to stop to put more gas in the tank. Finally, I ordered a moving trolley. It was not there, but I was charged for it. I would not use this rental location again, and would not recommend it.

This was the best rental experience I have had and I have moved several times over the last 10 years, including two moves that were out of state. The equipment quality and ease of pick up and return em were incredible - you definitely want to rent your U-Haul here!!
