The location was fine it's the overall Uhaul service that you have to deal with that you can't depend on. When you make reservations ahead of time and people inside the company mess them up is the main problem. Some one messed up our pick up location when there where trucks within the vicinity but instead they had us set up to drive 3 hours west to pick up a truck then I would still have to drive 3 hours north to my destination when obviously there was a truck available down the street but when we got there they were closed. Every experience we have had with Uhaul has been a complete disaster I will NEVER RECOMMEND Uhaul to anyone. I will say the people where we did pick the truck up from were great he also told us we could have been given a code to unlock the key to the truck which we never knew either. Uhaul is not ran very well and some one needs to do a complete overhaul with the company.
