Lebrang food mart in Charlestown is the worse U haul dealer possible. they do not even get 1 star. They are dishonest and will rip you off. I picked up my truck the lady said it had between 3/4 and a full tank on gas. That was not the case it was actually between 1/2 tank and 3/4. When I returned the truck I fill up to between 3/4 and full. I ask the lady to do a walk around and check the vehicle she said no she will do it later.( that is probably their tactic for ripping people off they probably pull this crap on all their customers.) then later that evening I got my receipt and it had a charge for 79.32 for 17 gallons of gas. I called them she refused to take off the charge. being upset from them trying to rip me off, I started yelling and cussing told her I was on my way to the store. Then my wife called them and told them I was pissed and it would be real ugly when I got there and I was going to make her go out to the truck with me present and verify the fuel and I would be recording video of everything to post. the lady then told my wife she will go out to the truck and check the fuel level, that took less than 60 seconds, not enough time to check, then she apologized and said she made a mistake and would refund the money. that is because she lied tried to scam us and got busted out. how many other people have they done this to and got away with it. we will be reaching out to U haul corporate to inform them of this Fraud attempt and will be trying to get Lebrang food mart revoked as a U haul dealer. they committed fraud plain and simple, they are crooks do not shop there. when my wife tried to get the refund the lady at lebrang told her she had to call uhaul customer service and when my wife ask for the number the person at lebrang told her to google it. the people that run this store are nothing more than dishonest pieces of shit.

Nothing I had no problems whatsoever. Very quick check in no problems clean good running truck.

Tina BWhen picking up our truck, the store owners tried to say they didn’t see our reservation online even though I was showing them our app and the confirmation. They tried to get us to reserve again and pay them twice. By the time it was resolved we were 30 mins into our reserved time. The truck was maintained for the most part but the back was not swept and cleaned out, we cleaned it. Would not rent from this location again.
