It was sketchy. Also you gave me places for pickup and drop off not even close to where i requested and then charged me extra money because i put miles on the truck I had to drive ten miles to pickup the truck and a extra 5 to drop it off Your 800 number is a joke no one answers

They just started doing U-Haul rentals and were very friendly in helping me get set up with my rental. Very convenient location if you're in/near the loop and great service, I'll definitely be using them again for my next move
