How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe gate code for the lot did not work for me or three other customers. U-Haul customer service has not been of any help so far. There should be an emergency number to call if the gate is not working.
Ronald BUnsure if the person working was a Uhaul employee or an employee of Lee's auto, but he was helpful, friendly, and took his time with us even though it was clear he was VERY busy (end of the month, saturday morning). Despite some issues on uhaul's end that made obtaining the rental stressful and time-consuming, this person was great. I regret that I do not remember his name.

I was in a rush to drop truck back off and with one phone call they were very accommodating and took care of my return. The price for everything was very good.
