How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe only complaint I have is the bad U-Haul system that requires users to upload our IDs to the website but it always glitches several times and then the agent has to do it manually anyways.
Alan SGreat Experience
Sabrina GA bit confusing yard/office first impression
Fariborz KIt was just a key drop off location which we didn't expect. We parked the UHaul truck next to other ones, then walked around the building in the rain looking for an office and found the key drop box.
