Do not charge the customer a second day fee when you called and spoke with the rental place about an extra hour and they agreed not to charge for a second day and when you receive the credit card statement an extra day was billed. Terrible!WALTER M.

When I dropped off truck they were not open so I called number and left a message that I dropped off the truck and would come back tomorrow for checkout. The young man called me at 3:30 when they closed at 5. And he had a attitude stating i had to come back before they closed or i would get charged another day. J really wasn't impressed with his customer service skills. Very unprofessional.Pamela F.
I had scheduled a truck about 2 weeks ahead of time and then called twice to have truck not available, but ended up having to rent smaller truck with a trailer. And had to pick up 3 hours later than anticipated which made for a very hectic day as we had to go 3 hrs away to storage. But both pick up and drop off were easy and the people very nice.Shirley I.

Sat hrs were only 11am to 3pm. Seems like weekends would be a busy time for rentals. I got there about 10:40 am. As with many uhaul locations, it was practically invisible from the street. No signs.ROBERT L.

Process to return truck tedious and very time consuming. Phone/internet process of returning truck had multiple failures, Place of return further away from home than original destination. I took us 1 1/2 hrs of talking on phone with several Uhaul agents to assist us in returning the truck at dropoff, not all agents knew correct instructions, very disappointed in waste of time and energy!!!Eduardo M.

I was overcharged for over 1000 miles they also charged me or 3 gallons of gas even though i topped it off 3 blocks from the return site. I was also charged $20 for a late return even though i was told there would be no charge when I discussed the late return with the rep in Englewood CO. Everything went very smooth. Showed up to the drop off location. An employee noticed me pull in and directed me to the location to drop the trailer. Employee (did not get name) was ready and very helpful. My trailer was unhooked, contract closed and we were on the road. Very efficient.Kevin A.

The trailer was 6x12, but the opening where you drive the atv in was only 5 feet and I needed 5.5. I didn't find anyplace where it stated that that would be the case. Couldn't load the atv, had to schedule it for delivery, and return the trailer, which I still had to pay for.Terry B.

They were so helpful and understanding, as we were late due to a medical emergency.Gordon L.
Confirmed appointment the day before, but appointment didn't actually get scheduled. Arrived on time, but not able to get truck due to not being scheduled correctly. Needed to wait an extra hour for office to open to get rescheduled. Spoke with three different people over the phone, each with a different explanation about what happened.Alex W.

my original pickup location was changed to a facility that was 25 miles further. Nothing was done to compensate us for the additional miles driven or time taken away. The emails I have received seem like they are to placate the customer and not move on nor address what went wrong. Extremely bad taste in our mouth from U-Haul. The site that we had to pickup the trailer was not even in the top 18 facilities close to us. I will not hesitate to let people know my feelings about this and the lack of any help to resolve this. You make a reservation almost 3 weeks prior to using would think they would make sure there was a trailer close to your original pickup location.... very very poormike G.
