Customer service was excellent. I was informed the day before pickup that the car transport was not available in the location I originally chose. The customer support was excellent in getting me to a place right on the way near my destination where I could get connected with an available transport.

Stephanie BDropped it off with 46 miles to empty and got charged for gas even though I was told at pick up to leave it like I got it. The info on the gas gauge at check it contradicts itself.

ASHLYN HNeed to improve communication on procedure for picked up truck when no no one is at pick location during posted business hours. I waited 1hr. 45 minutes for someone to return before calling customer service. Note on door of office said “we went to our Floyd’s tx location will return shortly”.

BARNEY MMy U-Haul experience was great. I always use Lee’s. I have rented from him several times. He always gets me hooked up and makes sure things are good. He is excellent to work with and very kind. He is very gracious and helpful!

ROBERT COffering a light plug-in adapter for the U-Haul trailer would be helpful. Lee helped by taking the hitch off and putting my cover back on my car, which was not expected. Thanks

melinda FLee is the best. We used his truck to move a few things to my mom’s assisted living place. Then we needed one more load a few months later. Great guy and great service
